Item Description

There are 25 postal stamps on this "partial" sheet.  I don't know why, but someone removed the "non-stamp" areas of the sheet.  I guess they were getting ready to actually use the stamps for postage.

Scott CAT 90 cents per stamp or about $22 for the whole sheet.
