New South Wales: TWO telegraph transmittal stamps on PARTIAL forms, roughly 3" x 7" (about a fifth of the full form), 1sh Black and 6d Rose, BOTH overprinted SPECIMEN, forms match stamps, both have faults but make nice cut squares, full forms go for over $100 for the set, Rose form has some fading (mostly away from the stamp), Fine-VF. Nice lot.Please look at the scans.
