Dragons major error; imperf bottom row (full set) and misperfed sheet!Stamp: dragons 2018 from: usa description: from original discovery at stampshow on the day they were released! Entire bottom row is completely imperforate as the result of a die-cutting shift, incorporating a full set of designs in error row! Second row is misperfed well into design to preserve major error status of bottom row. All other rows are major misperfs. Very few found.
