Buyer resumes all responsibility for the stamp(s), Postcards, Pre-stamped Envelopes, Postal Covers and Cinderella stamps they are investing to Procure from Roman's Stamp's "AS IS" for stamp issues; example: thinning, hinge removal, stains, etc.

Postal Shipping Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items will have to be claimed thru PayPal; this is out of my control when I ship your procurement.
