US: Neopost STAMPS; 37c NYC stamp, 73mm LONG, (Scott #CVP37 var), the listing in Scott has been changed but continues to be erroneous as not all of the machines mentioned in the footnote were in FLORIDA or VIRGINIA, This machine was originally in Florida, but then MOVED to GRACIE STATION in Manhattan, one of four of these machines OUTSIDE of FLORIDA, two examples (46c & 1c) on 33c entire (U642) paying airmail rate to LODZ, POLAND, sent 10/18/02, stamps are tied and the Retour handstamp ties one of them, backstamped, opened at R and slightly reduced, ms message in Polish on flap, philatelic, Returned to Sender (11.21.02), VERY Rare Neopost machine, This experiment is long over & the stamps are quite scarce today, VF
