If you collect Mongolian stamps you should know that the main printout was in Sheetlets of 12.

2000 rectangle only stamps were printed in sheets of 25 and were sent to USSR, where almost all sheets were torn

and the stamps were sold to holders of Mongolian stamps abonnement. Only few were torn in blocks

So only few blocks exist!
