Modern rarity! The rare 3138 Bugs Bunny IMPERF issue. The single stamp on the souvenir sheet did not have the normal die cuts that the sheet had. This is not an error, the sheet was intended to be used in a “Stampers” program for kids. But only a fraction of the total Bugs Bunny sheets were produced this way. This issue is even more rare than the more famous “Recalled Legends of the West” issue. Great issue for the sheet collector or to fill a hole in your collection.The sheet on the image is the one you will receive--NO STOCK IMAGES!
