This auction is for a Vertically MISPERFORATED, Mint Never Hinged, Lower Right Plate Block of Scott #1281, the TAGGED 3c Parkman definitive sheet stamp from the Prominent Americans Series of 1965-1978.The Block is misperforated vertically 5mm downward and has resulted in the plate number included as part of the stamp design!The block is in excellent condition---it is never hinged and has no flaws.
