Catalogues used: Stanley Gibbons concise 2019; Michel Specialised part 1+2 2019; Michel Europe Band 1 to 7 2017.

All perforation measurements (where mentioned) are done with a Perfotronic 2. Paper Thickness measurements are with a Digital thickness meter. Three points are tested on a stamp and have to be the same before I give a thickness as confirmed.

Apparently there are now new rules in the US which require me to fill in a Custom Declaration form, otherwise the US Postal/ Customs service will not accept any letters from here. Filling out these forms and having to wait in the P.O. to have them attached to each letter will take extra time. So sorry for any delays. Sorry about this, but I was not aware of this new rule until today 29/07/2021 when several letters were returned to me with an attached explanation of the new rules.
