MEXICO: OFFICIAL SEAL tied to undeliverable entire; 5c Centavos Orange Republic Stationery Entire, used 1 May 1914 in Guadalajara, addr locally, many attempts to deliver were made during this confusing time, at some point envelope was opened and sealed with Mexican official seal, many cancels including eleven on reverse, close up shows a Lista marking, eventually returned (with pointing finger marking), small piece out and wear as obvious for such a well-travelled cover, seal is broken in half, seal is Fine, but the cover is Very Fine for such a wandering item.I combine shipping. Just ask.
