Item Description

Please *note that the 10um issue has a crease in upper right (upper left on backside view). This is a very difficult to find issue for those that collect modern French Africa, so set has been slightly reduced in price.

Please *note that Scott catalogue number is presumptive. There is a gap in the numbers for this issue, but I assume that Scott has not, after all these years, been able to examine any examples.
