The bottom stamp clearly shows as untagged under ultraviolet light! Shows as in the photo in the luminescent us article that is in the Hip photos. (the bottom stamp)rare item! I don't see any listed or sold on Hip.10 years ago there was no value listed but now is listed at $550.............Mint never hinged with no gum flawsthere is also a copy of the original notated sheet from wayne chevery who found the original stamp sheet written up in the article.
