MALAYA STRAITS 1867 32c ON 2a YELLOW (INDIA ) SG 9, SCOTT 9, LMM/MLH, CAT £400($512) ..............SCOTT CAT $525

Fresh with with good color, very well centered, a very faint horizontal hinge bend, elephant water mark visible front and rear (as most often) with light evidence of hinging on otherwise full original gum.

Very attractive and scarce 1867 32c on 2a yellow (india ) issue in fine to very fine mint condition.

the Overprint Is Guaranteed in Any Event.

Condition Notes for Mint Stamps
UMM = Unmounted Mint - never previously hinged (nh) mint stamps with no gum disturbance

VLMM = Very Lightly Mounted Mint - No hinge remainder but has very slight gum disturbance which may have been caused by a hinge.

LMM = Lightly Mounted mint clear evidence of having been previously mounted but light with full original gum

MM = Mounted Mint - clear evidence of having been mounted with hinge remainder(s) on back

Unused = No gum
