SINCE JANUARY 4, 2021 Paypal Belgium has increased its rates.

Currently Paypal takes 8.40% from me when the
funds comes from the US! In addition in the event of a
refund Paypal hold the fees that were charged at the time of payment.

I am currently looking for an alternative with credit cards.
