After receiving the item and there is a problem please contact us within 7 days and we will get it worked out.. For items that need to be certified please contact us and we will wave the 7 day option and upon certification it is not as described please we return it with the bad certification and will refund the purchase price, the certification fees and the return shipping cost. We have never had a return though in the 40 plus years off doing mail order business.
