Item Description

The gum on this stamp exhibits a craquelure, or crackled, effect and in places is discolored. This was probably due in part to aging and maybe also environmental or other factors and has led to a little waviness in the paper. There is also a hinge remnant.

There is a blue ink line across the bottom edge of the stamp and some of the blue ink near the left end of the ribbon below the shield is smudged.
