Item Description
Scott 50d which has surcharge "b".See scan for section from Scott catalogue. Surcharge b has different numerals and also a sloping "i" in Five. This stamp also features a damaged "t" in Cents as can clearly be seen in the high resolution scans. It also has an odd shaped dot above the "i".
I found an Official stamp with similar overprint and have added it above as a comparison.
