Condition: See scans. VF and sound, mint hinged. From Setting II.Letter Express Forgery A, Hussey, Vert. Laid Paper. Unlisted in Lyons.Forgeries/reprints of carriers and locals are old, many made in the 1860's and saved before stamp hinges were invented. Small faults should be expected. Larger faults are described, and my scans are high definition and should reveal most faults, if any. Please contact me if further information is wanted.I guarantee these items.
