Latvia - 1937 (11 feb) parcel receipt and delivery forms attached and franked by 1934 20s allegory of latvia scott no. 177. Mailed from baltinava to rezekne. Stamp tied by baltinava cds. Interesting that the two post offices use a different number sequence for the dates, i.E. Baltinava day/ month / year while rezekne uses month / day / year.
