Incudes a list of speakers and a Bradbury Wilkinson-printed 5c Paphiopedilum Niveum single with KUPANG circular cancel dated 9 JUL 77, the opening day of the new post office. Very scarce as only issued to dignitaries. Booklet with some tropicalisation otherwise fine.
