Printed and hand painted FDC from an engraving by cachetmaker Julian Pugh (Pugh Cachets) for the 15c + 15c America the Beautiful Prairie Double Reply Postal Card issued Jul. 11, 1988, in Buffalo, WY. USPS rubber bullseye cancel on top card. Cachet features a Bison (American Buffalo) family unit. Bottom card is unsevered and printed but not painted. Cachetmaker logo on both cards; signed and numbered on face of top card (27/149). Same informational text printed on back of both cards.
