Originally mailed free frank in official headed envelope censored at center and at back and held till 12 june 1944. Then header pen obliterated and franked by 1943-44 10m scarlet vertical pair scott no. 212 on 7 may 1945. Back censor tapes previously unrecorded. A very unusual ww2 item.
