JDS2 1994 2nd Federal Junior Duck Stamp SUPERB LL Plate Block w/Color Bar-RARE Artist- Clark Weaver (LOW=$690)

I established National Wildlife Gallery in 1976 and created the junior duck stamp program for the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service in 1992 and arranged for the first national art competition judging here in Sanibel Island in 1992. I also designed and produced stamps and prints for the 1993 and 1994 winning artists (Jason Parsons and Clark Weaver and also have most ALL mint and artist signed stamps and prints in stock or available to me for most all years or the program.
