Japan used abroad - Offices in China #12- Very fine sound used stamp (short corner perf), with scarce 1904 Shanghai IJPO cancel.JSCA OC12. According to ISJP Monograph on Roman Letter Postmarks, this cancel was first used at Shanghai in Sep 1895 and used until 1905. JSCA cv 8,000y for stamp with Foreign Mail English postmark. Beautiful postmark!
