There is a story behind this packet. This packet comes from a large batch of kiloware of commemoratives only which was carefully soaked and sorted out!

Here is what I can tell you about this all different packet:

The fellow that soaked and built these packets did his best but THERE IS MIXED CONDITION IN THIS PACKET.

There may also be the odd large definitive or small commemorative/definitive too

There are supposed to be 605 stamps here:

156 prefectures type issues

449 regular issues

It is supposed to be all different but there is the potential for human error, any duplicates will tend to be extra stamps that were added by accident

It is worth checking out the pictures!
