Japan #990 (1969 Expressway) VFMNH MIHON (Specimen) overprint. I collect all applicable taxes from Canadian customers.Combined shipping is item with the highest postage plus:.10 per lot for Canada/US.15 per lot everywhere else.

Combined Postage through the Hip Cart system only; Additional items 0.15 in Canada/USA and 0.30 International
I will combine orders if you do not use the cart system but I must pass along the .30 per transaction fee that Hip charges me.
