SHIPPING IS FREE IN THE U.S. ONLY.  All other countries must get a shipping quote. This is a genuine J-74 10 cent  carmine 11 x 11  postage due stamp from 1930. The factor making this stamp a true J74 is that it has 11 x 11 perforations making it a desirable collectors item.  There is another stamp that is often confused with the J74. It is a J-84 which only has 11 x 10.5 (ten and one half perforations).
