It draws Puffin tourists from all over the Pacific Northwest, who admire the complexity of his coiffure!This colorful pop-up cachet bears a single of the 86¢ TUFTED PUFFIN STAMP, nicely canceled with the official first day Digital Color Postmark from Seward, Alaska. It also bears the 2009 stamp from Iceland featuring a less-hirsute Puffin!
It fits in your album when folded . . but also opens up to nearly 11" wide so you can easily admire ol' PM's fancy 'do!
