Mint example of Scott #463 with a poorly-printed C.L.N. (National Liberation Committee) overprint. Town designation is illegible, and this is probably an unauthorized issue, since the C.L.N. overprint was usually applied to stamps of the Italian Social Republic or the Kingdom of Italy.
