Italian Cholerabrief - Pestbrief / Cholera aka Plague cover. A bit worn, folded; very good condition for one of these. With handstamp Regno Lombardo Veneto (at this time northern Italy was part of the Austrian Empire after the fall of Napoleon and the rearrangement of Europe under the Congress of Vienna). Also marked Disinfettata Provincia di Bologna / Disinfected in the province of Bologna. With fumigation slits.
