Wholesale lot "interesting lot of older stamps from PERSIA/IRAN, I was told thastthis was the remainder of the stock of Willy Balasse from Bruxelles.
There are mostly better values unused never hinged few are used, I suppose mostly
reprints of forgeries, some may be authentic.
The catalog value of cheap Yvert catalog from 2008 (Michel quotes much, much higher) is
