While individual national sections are fairly spotty, the sheer scope of the project (hundreds of double-sided pages!) makes this noteworthy philatelic quest! This is one of those collections that doesn't have a narrow focus, but instead the collector was just looking to collect all the stamps! The result? Nice headway into collecting the first century of stamps. Could be a very good option for someone looking to house their early portfolio in one, albeit somewhat unwieldy album! Gen.
