This printed address commercial cover was mailed from Rangoon, Burma to Penang, Malaysia 1921 franked verso with an India 1/2a green and an India 1a carmine rose KGV issues of 1911, Scott 81and 82. The stamps are tied by a Rangoon double circle date stamp.Cut open right so slightly reduced, the backflap is sealed and intact. No contents. Penang receiving dcds verso.
Light horizontal or vertical lines in the images are scanner artifact !
