It is also miscut Downwards by 6.5mm---AN ERROR AND A FREAK!The above scan is a stock scan but the stamp(s) that you will receive will be of the same quality.The 2024 Scott catalogue value for an imperforate PAIR is $10.00The gum is in excellent condition---there are no fingerprints or gum skips.Check out my other imperforate Flag Errors, including Block Tagging Shifts and Miscuts.
