Condition: Fine used. The photo shows the exact item.

NOTE: This set contains stamps all with light chin (hence not the dark chin issue of 1987), but different stamps have different years inscribed at the bottom right corner:
No Inscription (1988 version): 40c, 50c
Inscribed 1989: $1.3
Inscribed 1990: 60c, $1.4, $20
Inscribed 1991: 10c, 70c, 80c, 90c, $1, $1.2, $1.7, $1.8, $2, $2.3, $5, $10, $50
The set does NOT contain the very rare inscribed values (such as the $1 with no inscription, or 50c / 60c / $20 inscribed 1991, are not in this set), but it is a good set if you look for 1 stamp for each denomination.
