Beautiful cover with special Pre-Ensayo Del Primer Cohete Postal Aereo cachet. This cover was enclosed inside the third and final flight test of the 1939 postal rocket in Havana. According to the Spanish Edifil catalogue, only 15 covers are known. Other catalogues suggest anywhere between 15-20 covers. Catalogue values range between 1100-2200€.

Private red label tied by Campo Experimental cancel (Oct. 1939) in Havana.

Cover has some spot toning, particularly visible on the back. This is very common for these covers.
