Regular definitieve used as a revenue. Bremner & till were tobacco brokers located at 155 fenchurch street. The prices current reports on tobacco markets all over the world including; japan, havana, philippines, maryland, missouri and ohio etc. Sent/ used 1865 normal file folds, tear at bottom, probably where sealed, some splits and edge tears, creasing, general wear and toning.
