Great Britain, Scott #MH428, 2013 used Machin on paper, Non-Value Indicated (NVI) 1st class mail Large envelopes, De La Rue gravure printed 3/18/2014, self-adhesive non-water soluble gum, iridescent "Royal Mail" wavy overprint, from a business (B) pane imbedded source code "MBIL", imbedded 2014 year code as "M14L", security slit type 2 (wide break at top and bottom of the ovals), simulated 14¾x14 perforations with syncopated elliptical double perforation space quarter way from the bottom on left and right sides, bright red, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: $1.50, nicely centered, wavy line cancellation over the main image, good perforations, stamp was issued on pressure-sensitive non-water soluble adhesive panes, hence it is being offered on paper. This is not a 'bait-and-switch; the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
