Great Britain, Scott #MH401C (Deegam N2.31.17)(Stanley Gibbons #U3010), used(o), 2016, Machin: Queen Elizabeth II, non-value indicated (NVI) 2nd class mail, light blue (Walsall gravure, issued: February 27th, 2016, serpentine die cut perforated: 14¾x14¼, self-adhesive gum, repeated "Royal Mail" wavy line iridescent overlay, electromechanically engraved (EME), one center band phosphorus, syncopated-elliptical oval perforation inserts on left and right sides down from the middle, pair of oval security slits with wide cuts at the top and bottom of the ovals {Deegam type 2), from a business (B) booklet, embedded source code MBIL at top right corner, embedded 2016 year code as M16L to the left of the Queen's forehead, Scott 2022 catalog value: $4.25, nicely centered, light, wide spaced, black-inked, wavy line cancellation over the main image, good perforations; stamp was removed from its mailing envelope using a Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black card stock for an attractive album appearance, mounting, centering, and source and year codes warrant a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
