Great Britain, Scott #MH293 (Deegam N2.23.1), used(o), 1998, Machin: Queen Elizabeth II, Non-Value Indicated, 2nd class mail, light blue, (Printer: Walsall gravure, issued: June 22, 1998, round perforation tips, rounded small dimpled corners, head is 0.3mm closer to the edge than the other rounded tip perforation issue by Enschedé, electromechanically engraved (EME), syncopated elliptical oval twin perforations over a serpentine die cut simulated perforation 14¾x14, water soluble gum); stamp was only issued as part of a booklet. Scott 2019 catalog value: $1.00, nicely centered, small , wavy line cancellation to the right of the main image, sound back, good perforations, the small production run by this printer, and the centering and cancel, warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
