Great Britain, Scott #MH179 (Deegam N2.1.1) used(o), 1989, Machin: Queen Elizabeth II, non-value indicated, second class mail, light blue, (Walsall lithography, issued: August 22nd, 1989, perforated: 13¾x14¼, from a booklet, imperforate top, guillotine cut right side, customer torn perforations, bottom and left, ICTT, pre-electromechanically engraved, pre-EME), Scott 2019 catalog value: $1.40. very slightly off-centered, very light, horizontal, black-inked, message cancellation over the central image, sound back, good perforations, lithography, perforated 13¾ booklet stamp with imperforate and cut edges warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer. The stamp you see will be the one you receive.
