It is not known when this cancel was issued however, it is the same type as nos. 96-100 which were issued in february 1868. This cancel was re-cut on may 3, 1870. Next day stafford receiver on reverse. Sent 1875, opened a bit roughly with seal gone and some paper loss, divot at top left, otherwise light general wear. Fine condition.
