19th Century Cover Folded paper envelope ) with the Penny Red QV stamps tied to the envelope by a Oval Numeral Cancelation that ties the Stamp to the Cover.This is basic Scott #3 , ( Stanley Gibbons may have a variation of this stamp )On the back, Multiple hand stamped (Black and Red ) Some usage faults.
