An interesting piece of WWl postal history. The letter appears to have been sent by King George V to members of the US Expeditionary Forces in Great Britain. The sender appears to have been a Sargent in a "hosp 10" (a hostital?) from which he forwarded the letter to Liberal Kansas. The letter reached Liberal Kansas and was forwarded on to Manhattan Kansas. How the Sargent came into possession of the letter is not clear. How it got to Liberal Kansas is not clear.

Any more information regarding the cover would be appreciated.
