Here's something you don't see that often. The first privately produced but postally valid British self adhesive postage stamp issued in 1974. Designed by Mr. Derek Worboys, this is the first stamp from the first series. Stamps from these early series are somewhat scarce as only 1000 stamps were reportedly made.
