German Empire Germania stamp overprinted 'Libau' for emergency use in the Kurland region by the 8th Army (FPN 168). Used on piece with old expertization marks reverse. Very scarce with tiny printing numbers (Only 500 of both colors combined, with 300 of the violet). '14 CV EUR400
