GERMANY: METER STAMP; Type F2, on installation Post Card (thin paper), Proof impression from Froitzheim & Rudert (wire manufacturers), very light toning, measures 4" x 5.5", impression (000) was made 29.12.44 (repeated below in ink), information on reverse, the date on reverse is 29.12.44 changed in ms to 4.12.28 (when this company opened), still around today, these cards were used to test the machine when installed but I think it is highly unusual so late in the war (Berlin was about 125 days away from Russian entry), very slight wear, Fine-VF+
