Item Description

This stamp is in unused condition with hinge remnants. There are two small thin spots above the hinge remnants and another next to the darker hinge remnant. There is a horizontal paper bend above the woman's head that is associated with the bottom edge of a hinge remnant. There are also two "G Reine" expert's or dealer's marks in black ink at the bottom of the back side of the stamp. Two small brown spots, one between the "C" and "A" in FRANCAIS and the other next to the "2" must be paper inclusions. Both are glossy and didn't take ink when the stamp was printed. Both can be seen from the back of the stamp as well and they appear to be translucent.
