Hello! This auction is for a MINT NEVER HINGED Plate Number coil strip of 5 of Scott #3207, the Water-activated gum issue of (5c) Nonprofit Org Wetlands, Large hole variety, Plate # S1111. This PNC comes from a 10K roll.This PNC, which normally has a single back counting number, has a partial double back counting number (Position 2, 2nd from the left) because of ink jet displacement.This PNC5 is immaculate---there are no paper or gum faults or flaws.
