Item Description
This French World War 1 Colorized Real Photo Postcard captioned: "Regarde danston Sac si la legion d'honneur / N'est pas tes lauriers pour comble a mon bonheur" (Look in your bag if the Legion of Honor is not there to crown my happiness) depicts a soldier having a medal pinned on by Lady Liberty.Content is a lengthy hand-written letter in ink dated April 18, 1915. The postcard appears un-mailed.
Postcard Specs: '78. ELO. E. Le Deley, imp.-edit., 127, Boulevard de Sebastopol.'
Corners are sharp to lightly bumped (see scans).
The postcard in the scan is the one you will receive.
Any vertical, horizontal, or diagonal light lines in image are scanner artifact !
